About Wellesley Island State Park
Split across separate sections of the same island in the St. Lawrence River, this 2,636-acre park holds the largest camping complex in the Thousand Islands region. Some of its wilderness campsites sit directly on the riverbank and can only be reached on foot or by boat. The park stays open all year.
