About Ona Beach State Park
Beaver Creek meets the Pacific here, since Ona Beach was merged with Beaver Creek State Natural Area in 2013 to form the larger Brian Booth State Park. The combined area covers about 886 acres and draws roughly 247,772 visitors a year, with beach access, kayaking on the creek, and hiking trails connecting the two sections. The name Ona comes from a Chinook Jargon word for razor clam, a nod to the shoreline's original identity.
