About Silver Falls State Park

A 7.2-mile route called the Trail of Ten Falls follows Silver Creek past ten waterfalls, four of which have amphitheater-like rock surroundings that let the path pass behind the falling water. The grounds cover more than 9,000 acres, making this the largest state park in Oregon, and also hold more than 24 miles of walking trails, 14 miles of horse trails, and a 4-mile bike path. Two areas within the park, a concession building and a youth camp, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
