About Crawford State Park Heritage Site
Forty acres of land here protect Gardner Cave, a limestone cave stretching about 2,072 feet, making it one of the longest natural caves in Washington. Inside are stalactites, stalagmites, rimstone pools, and flowstone. The site sits near the Canada-United States border, north of Metaline, and cave tours are offered on a seasonal basis.
