Sand stretches along Monterey Bay here, split between two separate state-run areas: Manresa Main and Manresa Uplands. The Uplands section pairs the shoreline with a campground limited to tents, offering 60 individual sites. Visitors deciding where to set up can choose between the main beach access or the tent camping area, both under state ownership and management.
