About Pillsbury Point State Park
At 6.48 acres, this is Iowa's smallest state park and its only urban one, occupying a narrow strip of land that reaches into West Okoboji Lake beside private summer houses. The overlook at its north end was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990, and that historic designation covers lakeside walkways, stone steps, stone benches, and boundary markers built into the grounds.
