About Lake Elmo State Park
A 64-acre reservoir fed by the Billings Bench Water Association Canal forms the center of this 123-acre park. Three beach-front areas line the water, along with a fishing pier, grassed multi-use spaces, two group-use shelters, a playground, and a fenced-in dog park on the lake's west side. The reservoir supports swimming and non-motorized boating, and the site sits at an elevation of 3,199 feet on the northeast side of Billings.
