About Kiser Lake State Park

531 acres make up this park, most of it taken by the 396-acre Kiser Lake that gives the place its name. Within the property lies the 51-acre Kiser Lake Wetlands State Nature Preserve, a separate protected tract set aside from the surrounding recreation area. The lake itself accounts for nearly three-quarters of the total acreage, making open water the dominant feature of the grounds.
