About Bandon State Natural Area
A stretch of coastline west of Highway 101 makes up this 879-acre natural area, reached by way of Beach Loop Drive. The Oregon Coast Trail runs through the property, connecting this section of shoreline to the broader coastal trail system. It is managed by the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department as one of the state's protected coastal landscapes.
