Five miles of Gulf of Mexico shoreline make up the beachfront at this barrier island site, spread across roughly 3,954 acres of coastal land. The property sits on Mustang Island and has welcomed visitors since 1979 under the management of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. Its stretch of coast offers direct water access along the Gulf for anyone visiting the area south of Port Aransas.
