About Mount Philo State Park
Vermont's oldest state park protects 237 acres around a summit rising above the Champlain Valley. From the top, views open west across Lake Champlain to the Adirondacks, while the Green Mountains stand visible to the east and south. Visitors reach the summit by trail or by a steep, narrow seasonal road.
