About Scenic Beach State Park

A twenty-year run as an auto camp came to a close in 1959, and the state bought the land in 1963 before turning it into a park in 1975. The property spans 121 acres along Hood Canal with 1,500 feet of shoreline, where visitors can picnic, camp, boat, dive, fish, and swim.
