About Glendo State Park
Managed by the Wyoming Division of State Parks and Historic Sites, this recreation area surrounds Glendo Reservoir along the North Platte River, spanning land in both Platte and Converse counties. Water drawn from the reservoir forms the main feature of the park, giving visitors access to a large stretch of the North Platte River system. The park lies near the town of Glendo, southeast of Douglas.
