About Kent Falls State Park

Two hundred fifty feet is the total drop of Kent Falls as it descends over Falls Brook, a tributary of the Housatonic River, in under a quarter mile. The water moves through a series of cascades, the largest of which falls more than 70 feet into a reflecting pool before continuing over the smaller falls below. The park sits within the Litchfield Hills, part of the southern Berkshires.
