About Housatonic Meadows State Park

The Housatonic River runs through this 452-acre park, spread across the towns of Sharon and Cornwall. The land supports camping, hiking, picnicking, canoeing, and fly-fishing, and the Appalachian Trail crosses through it. The Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection manages the property.
