A peninsula on Anastasia Island forms the base of this 1,600-acre property, separated from downtown St. Augustine by Matanzas Bay. The grounds mix beach frontage with tidal salt marsh and both marine and upland hammock, creating several distinct habitats within one property. Birds and other wildlife inhabit these varied zones alongside a range of native plant life.
