About Lake Manatee State Park
A 556-acre stretch of shoreline along the south side of Lake Manatee makes up this park, with the lake itself spanning 2,400 acres. The land is a mix of pine flatwoods, sand pine scrub, marshes, and hardwood forest. It sits east of I-75, reached by State Road 64 through Bradenton.
