About Lake Cascade State Park
An impoundment of the North Fork of the Payette River backs up into the 27,000-acre reservoir this park surrounds, with the state managing 500 acres spread across multiple units along its shore. Ten developed campgrounds hold 279 individual campsites, and six boat ramps give access to the water for fishing and ice fishing. Hiking, skiing, and bird watching are also available across the scattered units.
