About Spring Mill State Park

A restored 19th-century settler's village sits within the park's 1,358 acres, complete with a working gristmill and other original structures. The grounds also hold a memorial to astronaut Gus Grissom and a nature center that interprets the surrounding terrain. The park has operated on this site since 1927 and includes campgrounds for overnight stays.
