About Kincaid Lake State Park

A dam built across Kincaid Creek in 1961 formed the lake at the center of this 850 acre park. The land briefly carried the name Falmouth Lake State Park before residents pushed to restore the original Kincaid name in 1969. Between 1960 and 1967 the site gained a beach, bathhouse, boat docks, picnic areas, campgrounds, and hiking trails, and today it also holds a nine-hole golf course, a pool, a gift shop, and 84 campsites.
