About Rocky Fork State Park
A 2,080-acre reservoir with 31 miles of shoreline forms the center of this park, brought into the state system the same year it was established. Boat ramps, marinas, swimming beaches, picnic areas, hiking trails and a nature center line the lake. Two archaeological sites from the Hopewellian period, known as the Rocky Fork Park Group and the Rocky Fork Park Site, are also located within the park's grounds.
