About Mineral Mound State Park

541 acres of shoreline along Lake Barkley make up this property, which includes an 18-hole golf course with clubhouse, a boat ramp, a fishing pier, and a picnicking area. The land takes its name from Mineral Mound, the former mansion of Willis B. Machen that once stood on the site.
