About Southwick Beach State Park
A 3,500-foot stretch of sandy beach runs along the eastern shore of Lake Ontario here, an unusual feature for this part of the shoreline. The park covers 464 acres and draws about 100,000 visitors a year. To the south, the Lakeview Wildlife Management Area continues the public beach for several more miles.
