Sixty-nine acres along the eastern shore of Lake Dunmore sit at the base of Mt. Moosalamoo, split into two sections by Vermont Route 53. The land spans the towns of Salisbury and Leicester, giving visitors both lake frontage and mountain terrain within a small footprint. Its division by a state highway means the park is experienced as two connected pieces rather than one continuous tract.
