About Larrabee State Park
Samish Bay meets the western slope of Chuckanut Mountain here, forming the shoreline and forested terrain the park occupies. The land was set aside in 1915, making it the first state park in Washington. Spanning 2,748 acres, it includes mountain trails for hiking and biking along with areas for fishing, boating, and camping.
