Six miles of unpaved roadway wind through the property, used for hiking and cross-country skiing. The land covers 1,890 acres on the outskirts of Tahoe City. No paved paths or developed facilities are noted, just the roadway network itself, which switches from a foot and bike route in warmer months to a ski track once snow arrives.
