About Topsail Hill Preserve State Park

Named for a towering white-sand dune that, seen from the water, was said to look like a ship's topsail, this preserve covers about 1,637 acres along the Gulf of Mexico. The land protects that dune system as well as the shoreline it fronts. Entrances off U.S. 98 and Scenic Highway 30A lead into the property, which sits near Santa Rosa Beach.
