About Pomona State Park
Pomona Lake's south shore holds this park, once known as Vassar State Park before its name changed. A dozen separate campgrounds spread across roughly 350 modern and primitive sites, alongside a full-service marina for lake access. Visitors can swim, hike, and picnic on the grounds, and the 91-mile Flint Hills Trail for hiking and biking runs near the property. Access comes by way of K-368, the road linking Vassar and Overbrook.
