About Hopatcong State Park

Lake Hopatcong's southwestern shore forms one section of this two-parcel park, giving visitors frontage on New Jersey's largest lake. A second, separate parcel lies about a mile to the west-southwest, bordering Lake Musconetcong. The New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry operates and maintains both pieces of land as a single park unit.
