A rock outcrop atop the first Watchung Mountain forms the high point of this 52-acre park. The site preserves a lookout once used to observe troop movements during the Revolutionary War, giving the park its name. It sits in Green Brook, on land maintained by the New Jersey Division of Parks and Forestry.
