About Eagle Nest Lake State Park

A 2,400-acre lake forms the main attraction here, drawing anglers and boaters through the summer months. In winter the same water supports ice fishing along with cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on its surrounding grounds. The park sits east of Taos and was established in 2004.
