About Coolidge State Park
Named for Calvin Coolidge, who was born, raised, and buried in Plymouth, this park serves as the main recreation hub for Calvin Coolidge State Forest, the largest state forest in Vermont. Its buildings and grounds were constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps during the 1930s, and that CCC-era work is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
