About Leadbetter Point State Park
A strip of land at the northern end of the Long Beach Peninsula separates the Pacific Ocean from Willapa Bay, with the park occupying that meeting point and bordering the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge. The Martha Jordan Birding Trail runs through Hines Marsh, where trumpeter swans spend the winter. Visitors can hike, boat, fish, dig for clams, or walk the beach along either shoreline.
