About Pacific Pines State Park
A stand of Pacific Ponderosa pine trees covers this 10-acre property on the Long Beach Peninsula, reached by a narrow sandy footpath from the parking area to the beach. The land is set aside for picnicking, beachcombing, fishing, clamming, and crabbing, with no built structures noted beyond the trail itself. Its small size and the pine grove separating the parking area from the shoreline define what visitors encounter on the ground.
