About Olmstead Place State Park
A pioneer farm on 217 acres makes up the core of this park, preserved as a working operation instead of a fixed exhibit. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971. Visitors can tour the farm buildings, picnic, hike, fish, and take part in interpretive activities and wildlife viewing on the grounds.
