About Twenty-Five Mile Creek State Park

A private resort on the western shore of Lake Chelan became state property in 1972, after which concessionaires ran it under lease until Washington took over staffing directly in 1988. The park covers 232 acres and includes a marina on the lake, along with grounds used for camping, fishing, waterskiing, bird watching, and mountain biking.
