About Lake Wenatchee State Park
Glacier- and snowmelt-fed water forms the lake at whose eastern end this 492-acre park sits, within the Wenatchee National Forest on the Cascades' eastern slopes. The Wenatchee River splits the property into two separate sections, a north shore park and a south shore park. It is managed by the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission.
