About Kohler-Andrae State Park
Two miles of beach and sand dunes along Lake Michigan make up the shoreline of this 988-acre unit, which actually combines two adjoining parks managed as one: Terry Andrae State Park, dating to 1927, and John Michael Kohler State Park. Inland from the water, the land shifts to woods and wetlands, and the Black River runs through the property. The site sits in the Town of Wilson, south of Sheboygan.
