About Blue Springs State Park
A natural underground spring pumps 3,600 gallons of water per minute into two concrete-ringed swimming pools on this 103-acre property. The spring water runs clear blue, and in 2013 the Forever Wild Land Trust added 100 adjoining acres for hiking trails, expanding the park's recreational grounds beyond the spring itself.
