About Navarro River Redwoods State Park

Eleven miles of the Navarro River are bordered by this park's 660 acres of second-growth redwoods, stretching along both banks from the town of Navarro down to where the river meets the Pacific Ocean. The forest is narrow rather than expansive, following the river's course instead of spreading inland. Because the land runs continuously from an inland town to the coast, a visit here can trace that same path along the water.
