About Eleven Mile State Park

A reservoir built by Denver Water in 1932 fills most of this 7,662-acre park, stretching 5.5 miles across 3,405 acres of water. Anglers fish for cutthroat, rainbow and brown trout, northern pike, and Kokanee salmon, which gather along the reservoir's north side in a stretch known as the Dream Stream. The grounds include a marina, a visitors center, more than 300 campsites, and 5 miles of trails for hikers and bicyclists.
