About Pomeroy State Park

Forest covers most of this 200-acre tract in the town of Lebanon, bordering farmland that has been kept out of development. The land has no formal entrance, markings, or parking area, and it is managed by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection as an undeveloped recreation area. People use the woods here for hiking and hunting.
