About Stratton Brook State Park

Built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1935, the Massaco Forest Pavilion still stands as a link to the park's early development. The grounds offer picnicking, fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing, with a nature center open seasonally. Stratton Brook itself runs through the property, giving the park its name and its water-based activities.
