About Grayson Lake State Park

Boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing and golfing are all set up around the lake here, on 1,512 acres spanning Carter and Elliott counties. Kentucky Route 7 was rerouted when the lake was created, a change tied directly to the reservoir's formation. The mix of water-based activities alongside a golf course gives visitors more than one reason to plan a stop.
