About Yatesville Lake State Park

A dam on Blaine Creek created the 2,300-acre reservoir around which this park was later built, forming a lake with three islands and an average depth of 40 feet. The park sits on a peninsula jutting into that water, giving it shoreline access on multiple sides for boating, fishing, and swimming. An 18-hole golf course, campsites, and hiking trails round out the grounds.
