About Greycourt State Park

Partially restored ruins of the Charles H. Tenney estate sit at the center of this 24 acre property. The land functions as a satellite site of Lawrence Heritage State Park, with oversight shared between the Department of Conservation and Recreation and the City of Methuen. Its grounds preserve remnants of the former estate rather than presenting a fully rebuilt structure.
