About Halibut Point State Park

Granite quarry remains mark the oceanside grounds on Cape Ann, once worked as the Babson Farm quarry before the land was set aside for public use. The property sits alongside a separate town-owned parcel called Sea Rocks, also open for visits. Management of the grounds is shared between a private conservation organization and the state's recreation agency.
