About Mount Holyoke Range State Park

The eastern half of the Holyoke Range makes up this park, a stretch of ridgeline in the Pioneer Valley set aside for public recreation and managed by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation. It borders J. A. Skinner State Park, which covers the range's western half, so the two form a continuous protected ridge across the valley. The land itself is state-owned and kept open for public use along this section of the range.
