About Cheboygan State Park
Lake Huron shoreline stretches nearly 4 miles through this 1,250-acre recreation area, giving room for swimming, fishing, boating, and hiking along the water. Visitors can see the Fourteen Foot Shoal Light offshore, along with the remains of the Cheboygan Point Light built in 1859. On a clear day, the Poe Reef Light is visible roughly six miles to the northeast.
