About Spring Meadow Lake State Park

The lake at the center of this 61-acre park was formed on the site of a former gravel pit and factory, and its spring-fed water now covers 30 acres. A one-mile trail circles the shoreline, and a fishing pier added in 2011 serves anglers going after largemouth bass, westslope cutthroat trout, yellow perch, and pumpkinseed. The water also supports non-motorized boating and scuba diving, with ice fishing and ice skating available when it freezes.
